Power Reserved

Many wills appoint multiple executors, however it is not always necessary for all executors to act. In this instance other executors can reserve their power.
Often used if an Executor lives abroad or is too busy to deal with the Estate administration.
An Executor with Power Reserved could act in the event that one or more of the other executors passed away before the Estate amininstration had completed.
