To create and sign a deed of renunciation is to declare that you have no interest in dealing with the administration of an estate. This often termed as Renouncing Power or Renouncing Executorhsip.
Commonly pertaining to an appointment of an Executor within a Will.  If the Executor did not wish to act or be involved in the administration of an estate they would renounce by signing a deed of renunciation. (Click here to buy a Deed of Renunciation online)
