The Last Will and Testament, a document detailing a persons final wishes.
For a Will to be declared valid certain conditions must be met.  For example a valid Will must be in writing, it must be signed by the person making the will (the Testator) and this signature must be witnessed by two independent witnesses.
Wills must be bound properly and free fromn tampering.
