We can provide probate services for Solicitors, Will writers & IFA's, Legal Advice Websites and Membership organisations

We are a specialist Probate company, providing a low cost fixed fee estate administration service across the whole of England. Our probate staff are qualified probate practitioners who hold the appropriate qualifications for probate administration, including STEP membership.

We are able to provide a fixed fee probate administration service for companies, membership organisations, advice websites or law firms who do not currently offer this kind of service to their clients. We are also able to take on limited aspects of a case such as completion of the Inland Revenue inheritance tax account, interim and final estate accounts as well as drafting of deeds of variation or family settlements.

We can tailor our services to suit your firm and your specific client, as such you can pass the entire case to us to handle from start to finish or those aspects where you do not have the resources or a heavy caseload.

Our specialist team of dedicated probate practitioners are highly experienced in all types of private client work and you can rest assured that both you and your client will receive a quality, efficient and personal service.

Many law firms already outsource their private client work and this is often a cost efficient way of providing a quality service. Typically our charges vary however we have established a scale of fees which we would be happy to discuss with you.
