The Truth about Accident and Injury Companies

You may be surprised to learn that providing accident legal advice is an activity which is not restricted to qualified solicitors and barristers.  There`s nothing to stop an entirely unqualified person or organisation setting up company offering legal help. Some, are either not regulated at all, or have only minimal regulation i.e. are run by Claims Management Companies.  This means they do not have to carry any compulsory professional indemnity insurance.

It is definitely worth getting proper accident legal advice first, before you speak to any claims management companies.
