Inexpensive Advice

Independent family law advice is provided for a low cost, fixed fee of £50 (including VAT), there are no hidden extras. Seeing a local solicitor may involve expensive hourly rates, this can be awkward as you`ll feel like the clock is ticking.  If the legal firm offers free consultations, it is likely they`ll use this as an opportunity to sell their services and you may feel pressured.  This will not always be in your best interests.

Our service is designed to offer online access to highly qualified legal professionals.  You`ll receive family law advice from a barrister (solicitor occasionally) whose area of expertise specifically relates to your query.  It is not a second rate, discount option. Terms and Conditions

IWC does not charge members of the public for this service. All enquiries received by IWC for this service, are referred to Click Law 24 (a trading style of EDC Lord & Co Solicitors) who will provide the advice by instructing on your behalf, a barrister from a selected panel.

Referral Fees

Under the Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct Rules 7-9, solicitors are allowed to make payments to companies who supply them with additional work. This is known as a Referral Fee and the company who receives such a fee is known as an introducer. IWC (the introducer) must make clients aware that the company receives referral fees from Click Law 24 and Click Law 24 must also confirm to clients that such an arrangement exits.

The referral fee between IWC and Click Law 24 is 15% of net fees, in any given matter.
