Urgent Will writing service.

In the event that you have a loved one in hospital who would like to prepare a Last Will & Testament we can provide a same day emergency service for most hospitals across England.

 

A professional consultant will visit your loved one, either in hospital or at their home, to take their Will Instructions, the document can then be fast tracked to our offices or to one of our associate companies and prepared usually within three hours.

 

The documents can either be emailed directly to you for printing or we can arrange for a further visit to arrange the attestation. Witnesses to the signing of any Wills must be arranged privately.

 

There will be an additional premium for our fast track service which may vary depending on the location and the availability of our consultant. Weekend service is available from 8am until midnight.

 

Please note, our fast track service is only available to patients who are able to instruct us personally. Due to the nature of Wills no potential beneficiaries will be permitted into the Will writing consultation. Please note our Online Will service is not available to those who are terminally ill.
