IWC Probate Fees

Our policy when it comes to calculating fees differs from that of many other organisations such as solicitors or banks.  We calculate a fair price based entirely on the amount of work required.  This will be dependent on how many bank accounts, financial institutions, beneficiaries etc.

• No expensive hourly rates
• No charges per task, phone call, email or letter
• There are no hidden extras
• No upfront payment is required

Some companies charge a fee of anything up to 5% of the estate valuation, this can amount to thousands.  Others charge hourly rates of up to £300, then add on £30 for a letter, £15 for an email etc.
