Renounce Probate
A Deed of Renunciation can be used in circumstance where a person has been appointed as an executor in a deceased's will however does not wish to deal with estate affairs. The executor would then be renouncing probate.
An Executor can only renounce probate if they have not inter meddled into the estate affairs. In situations where you may have inter-meddled and you feel you are unable to continue with probate administration then please call our Probate Department to see if we can offer you a guaranteed fixed fee for the probate work required. In these circumstance you will not be able to renounce probate and you are unable to sign a deed of renunciation.
