IWC Probate appointments:

Our Probate appointments are free of charge to discuss Probate, Intestacy, Deeds of Variations, Caveats or Letters of Administration. We provide a no obligation appointment to discuss any Estate Administration. We can help you with a low cost probate application only service or we can offer our full estate administration package.
Our Low Cost Probate fees can be fixed before we start work, with no payment made in advance. All our Low Cost Probate fees can be taken from the estate. Probate and Grant of Letters of Administration are extracted using our panel of approved solicitors so there is no need for unexpected bills.

IWC Will Writing service:

We can offer help and advice with Making a Will, Estate Planning, Inheritance Tax avoidance and Lasting Power of Attorneys. We can also help you protect your property with careful Community Care planning. Making your Will is quick, simple and needn't take more than an hour of your time.

With Probate we offer guaranteed fixed prices rather than percentages so you know up front what the fees will be.
